Mentor Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor to supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes implementing Individual Service Plans, hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing staff; providing direct support such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care; and facilitating community outings and transportation. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with on-call hours, and the position pays $21.45 per hour. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
