Description
The Program Supervisor oversees Direct Support Professionals and the day-to-day operation of a home-based IHSS program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines direct support with supervision, program planning, compliance, health care, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, and maintenance. It is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position requiring bi-lingual Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.
