The role combines direct support, program activities, and administrative supervision, including Individual Service Plan implementation, staff hiring and training, scheduling, oversight, community outings, and transportation. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with benefits for full-time employees.
