Description
The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also providing direct support, participating in program activities, and overseeing Individual Service Plans, hiring, training, scheduling, and staffing. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with some weekend flexibility. Full-time employees receive a full compensation and benefits package, including a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
