Mentor Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor - IDD Services in Boise, Idaho, at $20.00 per hour. The role supervises a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, oversees Individual Service Plans and administrative duties such as hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight, and provides direct support including daily activities, medication administration, personal care, community outings, and transportation. Applicants must be CNA certified, have a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, be at least 18 years old, and hold a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
