The Program Supervisor supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by supervising Caregivers, overseeing Individual Service Plans and administrative duties, and providing direct assistance with daily activities, medication administration, personal care, community outings, and transportation. The role offers a full-time, part-time, or as-needed schedule, pays $17 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
