The Program Supervisor supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by implementing Individual Service Plans, supervising Caregivers, providing direct assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care, and facilitating community outings and transportation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full-time employees receiving a compensation/benefits package, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.
