NeuroRestorative is hiring a Residential Group Home Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily activities, appointments, schedules, programs, and services for individuals receiving support. The role oversees Direct Care Staff, onboarding and training, hiring and performance decisions, family and referral relationships, and regulatory compliance while monitoring resident safety and comfort. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, or two years of progressive direct work experience; seven years of progressive direct experience in human services or the medical field may substitute for the degree. A valid driver’s license, strong organizational and communication skills, and a compassionate approach are required. The position offers a base salary of $48,000–$53,000, a performance-based incentive, and benefits for full-time employees.
