Description
The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also providing direct support, participating in Individual Service Plan implementation, and handling administrative duties such as hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The role includes community outings and transportation, requires a current driver's license and vehicle, and pays $16.25 per hour for a full-time Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. schedule with on-call availability.
