Missouri Mentor, a Sevita family organization, is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor to lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes supervising and coaching staff, training and onboarding new members, coordinating schedules, supporting program operations and quality of care, and providing hands-on direct-care support when needed.
