The Program Supervisor will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by implementing Individual Service Plans, providing direct assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care, and supervising a team of Caregivers. The role also includes staff hiring, training, scheduling, oversight, community outings, and transportation. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with pay listed at $14.50 per hour and full compensation and benefits for employees working 30 or more hours per week.
