D&S Community Services is hiring a Program Supervisor for IDD Services in Science Hill, also known as a Group Home Manager. The role pays $15.50 per hour and is full-time, with on-call shifts including nights, weekends, and 12–16-hour shifts. Responsibilities include supervising caregivers, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and community activities, and overseeing Individual Service Plans, staffing, training, and scheduling. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months after intermediate or permit, a reliable insured vehicle, at least one year of professional caregiving experience, and the ability to provide full caregiver support.
