The Program Supervisor supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by supervising Caregivers, overseeing Individual Service Plans, handling staffing and scheduling, and providing direct support such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. The role also includes community outings and transportation, with a stated average of 40 hours per week and a wage of $21.25 per hour. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, and full-time employees receive a compensation and benefits package.
