Mentor Community Services is hiring a Program Supervisor to supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines direct support, program activities, and administrative supervision, including Individual Service Plan implementation, staff hiring and training, scheduling, oversight, community outings, and transportation. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full-time employees receiving a compensation and benefits package, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.
