Compensation

The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also participating in Individual Service Plan implementation, staff hiring and training, scheduling, oversight, direct support, community outings, and transportation. The role is full-time at 40 hours per week and pays $19.00 per hour, with a full-time benefits package, 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
