Mentor Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor for a 1-3 person IDD residential group home in Washington, Pennsylvania. The role supervises caregivers, supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through daily activities, medication administration, personal care, and community outings, and handles Individual Service Plans, hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, vehicle registration and auto insurance, and other required licensure or certification. The position pays $20.31 per hour and includes on-demand pay, full-time benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
