The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also providing direct support, participating in Individual Service Plan implementation, and handling administrative duties such as hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The role includes community outings and transportation, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, and pays $19.00 per hour. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full-time employees receiving a compensation and benefits package.
