Description
D&S Community Services is hiring a Program Supervisor - IDD Services - Somerset, also known as a Group Home Manager, to supervise caregivers and provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes implementing Individual Service Plans, staff hiring, training, scheduling, oversight, community outings, transportation, meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, transfers, and use of lifting equipment. It is a full-time position with on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and 12–16-hour shifts, paying $15.50 per hour.
