The role includes implementing Individual Service Plans and handling administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with strong communication and organizational skills. The position pays $18.25 per hour and offers a full benefits package for full-time employees.
