ResCare Community Living is hiring a Behavioral Program Supervisor to lead the Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Therapy Department. The role supervises staff, manages hiring and disciplinary actions, assigns cases, reviews treatment plans, ensures compliance with licensing and reporting requirements, supports behavior intervention strategies, and performs the duties of a behavior analyst. Candidates need a master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field, a BCBA credential, and 1–3 years of experience with documented behavior-intervention training.
