Description
The Program Supervisor supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by supervising Caregivers, overseeing Individual Service Plans, handling staffing and scheduling, and providing direct assistance with daily activities, medication administration, personal care, community outings, and transportation. The role offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, with full-time employees receiving a full compensation and benefits package and a starting rate of $19.25 per hour.
