Description
The Program Supervisor supervises Direct Support Professionals and oversees the day-to-day operation of a residential, vocational, or in-home program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines direct support, program planning, compliance, health care, staffing, training, employee management, financial and census management, and maintenance activities. It is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position paying $17.75 per hour, with a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, computer knowledge, and a current driver's license required.
