Missouri Mentor, a Sevita family organization, is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor to lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes supervising and coaching staff, training and onboarding new members, coordinating schedules, supporting program operations and quality of care, and providing hands-on direct-care support when needed. Applicants should have direct-care experience, a high school diploma or GED, or five years of caregiving experience; the starting pay is $23.35 per hour with on-demand pay and medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible full-time employees.
