Description
The Program Supervisor supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through direct assistance, program activities, and supervision of a Caregiver team. Responsibilities include implementing Individual Service Plans, hiring and training staff, scheduling, oversight, medication administration, personal care, community outings, and transportation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a valid Minnesota driver's license, and current car registration and auto insurance. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full-time employees receiving a compensation/benefits package, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.
