D&S Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor in McKinney, Texas, working Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., with on-call availability as needed. The role supervises Direct Support Professionals and oversees residential, vocational, or day programs, including direct support, program planning, compliance, health care, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, and facility maintenance. The position pays $12.50 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, computer knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.
