Mentor Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor to supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes implementing Individual Service Plans, hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing staff; providing direct support such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care; and facilitating community outings and transportation. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; Sunday 9 a.m.–3 p.m.; and Tuesday off, with Friday and Saturday off, at $21.45 per hour. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
