D&S Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor for its HcHaney program in Bryan, Texas. The role supervises Direct Support Professionals and oversees residential, vocational, or day-program operations, including direct support, person-centered planning, health care, compliance, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, and maintenance. The position pays $10.25 per hour, works Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with on-call responsibilities, and requires a valid driver’s license, one year of caregiving experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a working knowledge of computers.
