Description
The Program Supervisor is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly supervisor role paying $17.75 per hour. The position supervises Direct Support Professionals and oversees the day-to-day operation of a residential, vocational, or in-home program, including direct support, person-centered planning, health care, compliance, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, and maintenance. The role generally works 8 to 16 flexible hours per week in a supervisory capacity and provides direct support for the remaining hours. A high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, computer knowledge, and a current driver's license are required.
