Description
The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also participating in Individual Service Plan implementation, staff hiring and training, scheduling, oversight, direct support, community outings, and transportation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, and offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules with full-time compensation and benefits.
