ResCare Community Living is hiring a Program Supervisor to supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines direct support, program activities, and administrative supervision, including Individual Service Plans, staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, medication administration, personal care, and community outings. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full compensation and benefits for full-time employees.
