Description
The Program Supervisor I supervises services for a designated program, including site operations, case management, client placement and movement, individualized service plans, staff supervision, clinical and crisis management, documentation, compliance, and coordination with families and agencies. The role also directs staff performance, scheduling, orientation, training, and personnel decisions, and may manage a client caseload. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in human services, one to two years of related experience, a current driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification, and travel as needed.
