Description
The Program Supervisor - Croft is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly supervisor role supporting 4–8 individuals in residential settings or 10–15 individuals in periodic, vocational, or day programs. The position supervises Direct Support Professionals, oversees program operations, compliance, health care, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, and the physical environment, while also providing direct support during assigned shifts. The schedule is Tuesdays through Fridays plus every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a wage of $19 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean motor vehicle record are required.
