Description
The Program Supervisor will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also providing direct support, participating in Individual Service Plan implementation, and handling administrative duties such as hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The role includes community outings and transportation, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, and other required licensure or certification. Full-time employees receive an hourly rate of $18.25 and a full benefits package.
