REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Program Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines direct care, supervision of caregivers, and administrative responsibilities such as implementing Individual Service Plans, staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience, a valid driver’s license with car registration and auto insurance, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position is paid hourly at $18.25 and includes full benefits for full-time employees, 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
