D&S Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor for its MarbleWing site in Corpus Christi, Texas. The role pays $11 per hour and involves supervising Direct Support Professionals while also providing direct support, overseeing program operations, supporting person-centered plans, health care, compliance, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, and facility maintenance. The position requires a valid driver’s license with one year of clean driving history, one year of caregiving experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, computer skills, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.
