The role combines direct support, program activities, Individual Service Plan implementation, administrative duties, staffing and scheduling oversight, and community outings. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, and offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules.
