Description
The Program Supervisor supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through direct assistance, program activities, and supervision of a Caregiver team. Responsibilities include implementing Individual Service Plans, hiring and training staff, scheduling, oversight, medication administration, personal care, community outings, and transportation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a valid driver's license, current car registration and auto insurance, and strong communication and organizational skills. The Alexandria schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday and every other Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules available.
