Description
The Program Supervisor leads and supports a team of Direct Support Professionals serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, training and onboarding new members, coordinating schedules and staffing coverage, supporting program operations and quality of care, promoting independence and safety, communicating with staff and leadership, and providing hands-on direct-care support when needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED or five years of caregiving experience, is full-time, and offers starting pay of $23.35 per hour with on-demand pay and medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible full-time employees.
