Description
The Program Supervisor oversees a single residential, vocational, or in-home program and supports 4–8 individuals in residential settings or 10–15 individuals in periodic, vocational, or day programs. The role combines direct support with supervision of Direct Support Professionals, program operations, compliance, health care, staffing, training, evaluations, financial and census management, and maintenance. It is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position generally working 8–16 hours per week in a supervisory capacity, with direct support provided for the remaining hours. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver’s license and auto insurance if driving, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.
