Mentor Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor to supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines direct support, program activities, and administrative supervision, including Individual Service Plan implementation, staff hiring and training, scheduling, oversight, community outings, and transportation. The position pays $21.45 per hour and requires prior Direct Support Professional or related healthcare experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, and other required licensure or certification.
