Description
NeuroRestorative is hiring a Program Supervisor to supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes implementing Individual Service Plans, hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing staff; providing direct support with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care; and facilitating community involvement. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with rotational on-call responsibility and pay of $21.00 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance are required.
