The Salvation Army is hiring a Program Supervisor for its Social Services Department in San Antonio, Texas. The role supervises and monitors assigned program activities, evaluates operations and services, manages program staff scheduling and reporting, maintains records, ensures compliance with policies and local, state, and federal regulations, and responds to program-operation questions. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, plus two years of progressively responsible experience administering and developing social service programs, one year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
