The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Coordinator provides administrative and staff supervision, coordinates multidisciplinary client care, develops treatment plans, delivers direct client services, manages shifts and field-based placements, and supports program operations. The role requires a master’s degree in a behavioral science, a valid current BBS registration or license such as MFT, LCSW, or LPCC, a California driver’s license, current auto insurance, cultural competency, and shift coverage; mental health or substance use experience, bilingual ability, and Microsoft Office or EHR knowledge are preferred.
