YAI is hiring a Program Supervisor for its Holbrook IRA program in Holbrook at 1 Gerald Drive. The full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is responsible for supervising staff, supporting the health, safety, and habilitation of people served, maintaining program and financial records, overseeing compliance and incidents, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and staff development. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, prior supervisory experience is required, and prior direct-support professional experience and relevant disability or mental-health background are preferred. The position pays $66,300 annually.
