Description
The Mental Health Program Supervisor provides clinical, administrative, personnel, fiscal, quality-assurance, and community-relations oversight for a mental health treatment program. The role supervises case management and crisis-intervention staff, oversees intake, assessments, care plans, documentation, billing, compliance, budgets, property accountability, and regulatory reporting, while also supporting recruitment, training, performance management, and community education. A bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least three years of case management experience for individuals with mental illness are required; supervisory or managerial mental health experience is desirable.
