Description
The Program Supervisor oversees daily operations of one or more community homes or community-based services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within Community Services Group's IDD Residential Program. The role supervises direct support staff, assists with hiring and training, coordinates schedules, transportation, records, budgets, and service-team communication, and requires flexible full-time hours with on-call responsibilities. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience, and a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access.
