Description
Yamhill County is hiring one full-time Program Supervisor in Developmental Disabilities to supervise and provide clinical planning for services coordinators, specialty programs, and other program staff. The role coordinates and facilitates training, participates in program-policy development, evaluates designated staff, and ensures client planning aligns with client and family needs, administrative rules, and funding expectations. The position is onsite with some remote-work flexibility and requires at least five years of relevant staff-supervision or developmental-disabilities experience, or a related bachelor's degree or coursework in lieu of up to three years of experience.
