MercyFirst is hiring a full-time hybrid Program Manager for its co-ed 12-bed Diagnostic Center in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The role oversees case planning, education, intake, discharge, census, compliance, and program outcomes; supervises two caseworkers and an education coordinator; and supports youth, families, and external stakeholders through trauma-informed, strengths-based care. The position requires a relevant master’s degree, two years of child welfare or program management experience, a valid New York driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Connections. The salary is $70,000–$72,000 per year, with a $1,000 hiring incentive after 500 hours worked.
