FMSC is hiring a Site Operations Supervisor in Aurora, Illinois, to supervise food-packing shifts, lead volunteers, coordinate facility repairs and maintenance, support food safety and regulatory compliance, and serve as the on-site point of contact when management is absent. The role also includes hospitality, volunteer engagement, cleaning, warehousing, and occasional forklift driving. It is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position at $22.10 per hour, scheduled for 40 hours per week with weekday, weeknight, weekend, and occasional holiday availability, and includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and FSA benefits.
