Key is hiring a Program Supervisor for its residential program serving 9 youth ages 12–17 referred by the Department of Children and Family Services. The role manages daily program operations, client and family services, program administration, funding relationships, licensing compliance, and staff training and scheduling, including rotating night, weekend, and holiday coverage. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a human-services field and 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a residential setting; a master's degree and DEEC licensing experience are preferred. The position offers a starting salary of $71,680 annually plus medical, dental, and optical insurance and other benefits.
